The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released an official notification inviting applications for the recruitment of Assistant Architect Planner, Sports Officer, and Programmer Grade-II posts under Advertisement No. A-5/E-1/2026.

A total of 25 vacancies are available through this recruitment drive.

UPPSC Various Posts Recruitment 2026: Eligibility Criteria

Assistant Architect Planner	Candidates must have proper knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script. They must possess a Degree in Architecture along with a Degree/Diploma in Town and Country Planning or Housing, or have 3 years of relevant experience in Architecture, Town Planning, or Housing. Alternatively, candidates with a 1-year Postgraduate Diploma in Housing and 1 year of relevant experience are also eligible. Additional desirable qualification includes experience in Housing, supported by an experience certificate issued by the Head of the Institution.
Sports Officer	Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, along with a Diploma in Coaching in the relevant sport from a recognized institute such as NSNIS or its equivalent (including National Sports University, Imphal). They must also have at least 2 years of coaching experience. Preference will be given to candidates having 1 year of experience in organizing sports competitions, a Diploma/Certificate in Physical Education, 2 years of Territorial Army service, or an NCC ‘B’ Certificate.
Programmer Grade-2	Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science or an ‘A’ Level Certificate from DOE, Government of India. They must have good knowledge of software development, database management, networking operating systems, office automation packages, and the Internet.
